Cherry Blossom Festival Petal Tour – 2024

AgroCouncil Presents: Cherry Blossom Festival Petal Tour and Run for the Petals 5k in the Village of Greenport throughout the months of April and May 2024. Connect with nature, explore the walking Village of Greenport and support small businesses in Greenport; a designated an official Tree City by the National Arbor Day Foundation.
Venture on a self-guided walking tour of the village’s 300+ cherry blossom trees and indulge in blossom-themed refreshments and gifts offered by participating local businesses. The bloom spans parts of April and May depending on the species of the trees and the weather. Free maps will be available at all participating businesses as well as the AgroCouncil information center and at participating sponsors.
Run for the Petals 5k on Saturday, April 20th at Greenport Third Street Park. Race starts at 9am with special Japanese dance performance at 11 am.
